BLACKJACK
The rules of the game Blackjack correspond to those of the casino game:
• The game is played with 6 decks of 52 cards, and after each round, the used cards are returned to the deck and shuffled.
• The player must choose a chip and place it on the table to start a game.
• The game is played with a virtual dealer. The person who reaches 21 points, or comes closest to it, wins. In case of a tie, the player gets back their bet.
After the start of the game, the dealer deals 2 cards, both to themselves and the player. If the dealer's first card is an Ace, they check if they have a Blackjack: if so, the player loses, unless they also have a Blackjack, resulting in a tie.
If the dealer's first card is a 10, they also check if they have a Blackjack.
If the dealer's cards total 16 or less, the dealer draws another card. If their cards total 17 or more, they don't draw any additional cards. The player can request as many cards as they wish to get a total as close to 21 as possible. If they exceed this total, they lose.
• An Ace is worth 1 or 11: the choice is made automatically, whichever is more favorable to the player.
• A Blackjack consists of an Ace and a card worth 10 (10, J, Q, K).
• When the dealer's first card is an Ace, the player can insure their bet by buying insurance.
• If the dealer indeed has a Blackjack, the player gets back their initial bet (but not the amount of the insurance).
• If the dealer doesn't have a Blackjack, the player loses the amount of the insurance.
SPLIT
If the first two cards have the same value, the player can split them into two separate hands.
• The cost of splitting is the value of the player's current bet.
If the player splits two Aces, only one card can be drawn for each of them, then the dealer draws their own cards and the game ends.
DOUBLE
If the sum of the player's two cards is between 9 and 11, the player can double their bet.
In this case, only one card is drawn for the player, then the dealer draws their own cards and the game ends.
